Procrastination: The Great Enemy

pro·cras·ti·na·tion / prəˌkrastəˈnāSH(ə)n / noun:  the action of delaying or postponing something.

The dictionary says procrastination is the action of postponing something.  Simple enough.

But human nature is not so simple.  Have you ever told yourself that you would go to the gym after work?  But when the time comes, you make a date with your friends Ben, Jerry and Netflix, instead? So you say, “I’ll work on fitness tomorrow”. The next thing you know you’ve put it off a day, then a week.  And now you haven’t gone in months.

You’re certainly not alone. Your story is like dozens of others reading this right now. But don’t give up! If you are thinking you can wait until next week or month to start your exercise plan, you may as well be giving up.

You know what would be really awesome? If you had a work out routine so exciting that you almost couldn’t wait to get off work and go!  A routine so fun, that no amount of ice cream and binge-watching Friends could compare.

Well now you can.  Our promise is that we make your workout so fun and exciting you won’t realize how many calories you are burning.  After all, our instruction is best-in-class. Not only will we teach you with the highest standard of safety, but we will coach you on nutrition too. You will be motivated as the extra weight gives way to muscle and you feel better than ever.

Don’t waste another minute on the dreadmill (and that’s not a typo). Don’t wait!
