KICKBOXING
Kickboxing is self-defense that allows you to disable your attacker at a distance. Designed for standing position, it uses techniques from hand, knee, elbow and foot.

JIU-JITSU
Incorporating Jiu-Jitsu into our self-defense program allows for close range protection. It promotes defense if you are ever forced to the ground. Jiu-jitsu is holding and grabbing that result in your opponents submission.
